New Year's Eve
For New Year's Eve, I like to dress up, eat a good dinner, and drink fancy cocktails and champagne. This is an expensive business if you're heading out somewhere - probably a black tie ball at a hotel or similar - and it ends up being incredibly pricey and one feels that one simply has to enjoy it. So, until my husband and I can afford to attend a New Year's Eve party on Burgh Island or similar, we do the next best thing - dress up and stay in!
