Hellllllo 2017!
As we get older, the years seem to fly by so much faster. As someone who tries to life in the present , one of my major life goals this year is to really savor each and every moment, experience, interaction , etc. As a millennial living in a fast-paced world full of events to attend, news to absorb, people to meet, ladders to climb (I could go on… but I won’t) it is so easy to rush through a never-ending to do list.
Luckily, I’ve found that writing in a journal (I keep a private online journal as well as a regular gratitude journal) really helps me to slow down just a bit more and really...
