I don’t know about you guys, but I’m actually *really* excited to get back into the swing of things today! One of the biggest things I learned this past year was that I am such a routine person. While I’m all for spontaneity and tend to act on my (semi thought-out) impulses, I tend to feel my best when I’m sticking to somewhat of a schedule. For me, my mornings typically set the tone for my entire day.
