24 Years Old
It's pretty safe to say that my birthday this year didn't really go exactly the way I wanted it to. Or really at all the way I wanted it to. Michael wasn't given the day off of work (because he never seems to get the days off he asks for to be honest), and that really threw off all of my plans. I felt sick. So my mom and I ran some errands, got Coco some clothes, I got mascara and new pajamas, and we had lunch downtown at The Reef (which is the very definition of a scrubby diner). I had intended to go to a nice meal, but honestly I just wanted some mac'n'cheese and The Reef hit the spot. (As did the tots and Butterfinger milkshake I also ordered.) Though my day...
