Last week my mom and I went to the mineral baths at the Boathouse Spa located at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel . I have been once before in the summer and wanted to try the baths in the winter. It was well below freezing with the wind chill factor which made me a little nervous to jump into the pools in such extreme temperatures. We stayed in the warmer mineral baths the entire time except when I decided to go for it and jump into the cooler ones for a brief moment.
