This is an interesting garment. The store that sells it HERE puts it under the blouses category. However, I beg to differ. The bottom portion of the garment has a stiff and substantial fabric. It gives great structure to the garment and enhances the A-line design. On the flip-side, that kind of fabric doesn’t leave a ton of room for your styling creativity; if you layer, the skirt portion always has to be on top.
