Plaid on Dots on Stripes, Oh My!
Does it even get more Fall then this outfit? I love print mixing but when you pair more then two prints at a time, it can get a little tricky. Lucky, plaid on dots on stripes seems to pair effortlessly while somehow not appearing too busy. I think the trick was keeping it all in the same color house. All three prints have black in them and that is why the pairing wasn't over-the-top. Like the color black in the three prints, I used the other colors in the main parts of my outfit to pull in the accessory colors. I used the red in the scarf to aid in pairing the boots and lip color. The mustard bag was my unexpected pop of color, but just like the changing...
