Sugba Lagoon
If you’re looking for a more serene and less visited spot to spend some R&R, I suggest heading to Sugba Lagoon. It’s an hour and a half away from General Luna, Siargao (or the famous Cloud 9 surfing spot) via palm boat, or thirty minutes away from Del Carmen. Bring your own paddle boards (or rent the wooden rafts there) and explore over 4000 hectares of this beautiful sanctuary. We got the whole place to ourselves and spent the afternoon racing around the mangroves and enjoying a few beers and laughs. Definitely worth the time and effort. You’re welcome.
