Like a Garden Angel
A recently thrifted maxi skirt and peasant style blouse has me feeling like a garden angel in my own yard. And a frugal one at that! This photo may fool you into thinking that I know what I'm doing with plants and things. But I really just got lucky in this corner which I can see from my dining room window. Hastas are very easy as I've discovered as long as I get out there with the slug bait a couple times per season. Those pesky cutworms will chew the most annoying little rectangles into each leaf. I can't recall the name of the purple flowered ground cover but it's hearty and I can cut it and move it all around without killing it. To keep myself from purchasing yet...
