College Colors: It’s Football Season!
Two weekends ago, I finally made it down to Champaign (my college town!) for a football game! I convinced Hallie to come along, she’d never been to the University of Illinois campus. On Saturday morning, we got on the road to make it down in time to tailgate with my parents and little brother before the game! With the mix of my crazy travel schedule and the football home/away schedule, I knew there were only two games I’d be able to attend this season. And when you’re leaving the country for a month, it’s usually advised to go hang with your family for a bit before. Right, mom?
