A Day In Vancouver
When I lived in Vancouver I used to ride my bike along the sea wall almost everyday in the summer until my bike got stolen:( I was so excited when I found out that The Burrard hotel offers free all day bike rentals because Andrew and I got to ride cruiser bikes around the 10 km sea wall. I remember trying to run the sea wall a few years ago and almost died. I remember not being able to walk for a few days after that because all of my muscles were so sore. I would recommend renting a bike instead of trying to run the sea wall because it is quite the trek.
