Asheville and the Grove Park Inn
As I mentioned in a previous post, we visited Asheville, NC earlier this summer. What a cool and artistic town! There was live music on practically every corner, galleries everywhere you looked, and an abundance of craft breweries. We were big fans of Wicked Weed Brewing – their Watermelon Saison was super refreshing on a hot day! The food scene was great, too. We loved Cúrate , a tapas bar that came highly recommended by a friend. Our favorite dishes were a seafood dish served in a sardine tin (of course I can’t remember the name now!), pork skirt steak, and their delicious grilled lamb skewers.
