Day 1 in New York
Dearest readers, please understand my ear to ear grin in most of the shots of this post. It was my very first time in NEW YORK! I’ve been dreaming about visiting this city since 1994 (when I was 4 years old!!!). Any of you know the pop-cultural significance of that year? It was the year F.R.I.E.N.D.S. season 1 aired! My aunt who lived in the states used to record episodes for us on a VHS and ship it over to Cebu so we could all watch together. That’s probably why I never really grew up with teleserye memories and why I had such a hard time picking up Tagalog in Highschool and college. But anyway!!! NEW YORK!
