Banana Republic Pleated Floral Wrap Dress
I don't know if you've been keeping tabs on Banana Republic lately but they are killing it with the wrap dresses, between this one and my new blue floral one (which is currently 40% off, by the way) they have completely won me over this season. I love how light weight the material is and how it hangs perfectly without any fuss. Also, this print is kind of amazing, but it does come in solid colors, Hello work friendly!
