Feeling Confident and Comfortable Everyday
Today I wanted to share something pretty personal to me. You all know how important confidence is and why I try to promote it weekly with my linkup. I wanted to share why I've taken that platform on. Looking back on my childhood, I never remember particularly 'loving' my body. When I looked in the mirror, I saw flaws. What I know now is that I had a distorted body image. In college, I ended up developing in eating disorder. At the time I was smaller than I am now and I still ended up losing just over 15 pounds over the summer through a combination of not eating and over-exercising.
