Today I received a rather sweet email inquiring about the photo I used for my "contact" button. The reader wanted to know where she could find the entire post dedicated to that outfit. However, when I took those photos back in April, I never liked them enough to share in a post. Today's email, though, made me rethink that decision.I was playing around in a picture-editing program and stumbled upon this artsy effect.
