Fun and flirty... There are a few tops that can surprise me nowadays and this one caught me off guard! It appears that this summer's hottest trend right now are off-the-shoulder tops and I couldn't agree more! It's the comfort of wearing a tee but adds a slight hint of sultry without overdoing it.
