Foggy Bottom
Yeah, "Foggy Bottom" really is the only decent title I could come up for this post. I wanted to recognize the fog/humidity that makes this photo a tad blurry, and "Foggy Bottom" is the first and only phrase that came to mind. (Foggy Bottom is actually a neighborhood in Washington, DC where the State Department is located.) I think it sounds silly and I like it. Anyway, on to the outfit. I really like this combination, but the humidity fogged up my lens and prevented me from getting better photos.
