I was on the hunt for this off the shoulder chambray dress and finally found it when I was shopping in Forever 21; it's perfect for summer because I can style it with these Sam Edelman Gigi sandals for a casual shopping or beach look; then throw on a pair of wedges or platform shoes and top off with a boater hat for a dressier brunch look.
