Today marks the day I’m officially a quarter of a century old. Kissing my “younger” twenties goodbye and beginning the personal transition into my comfortable mid-twenty age for another 365 days is bitter-sweet. Age 24 marked a lot of amazing opportunities for me, a lot of learning lessons and most importantly, a greater appreciation for my self-worth. Without getting into the lengthy examples of this past year, I’ll conclude my “coming of new age” moment by stating that surrounding myself with positivity was and continues to be my greatest resource to happiness.
