*summer solstice in stripes*
last night, i was happy to attend the summer solstice party at the home of my fashionista friend & boston socialite, madeleine ! it was a nice change of pace to be able to get dressed up on a tuesday night & sip champagne & converse wtih other lovers of food, fashion & art :) madeleine’s home really was quite beautiful & it was a perfect night to have a party both in her spacious dining room & out into the adjoining patio. she had flowers, flowers, flowers everywhere which was perfect for the summer solstice theme. a barrette of fresh flowers was even placed into my hair to wear for the occasion :) what a super fun night ! ...
