Like I mentioned in yesterday’s post , we arrived to Portofino and kept our first afternoon pretty casual. We checked into the beautiful Hotel Splendido which has a spectacular view of the harbor. It’s only about a 10 minute walk into town, so after having a late lunch on the terrace, we skipped the shuttle into town in favor of walking down the path that wound along the cliffs into the heart of Portofino.
