You definitely feel pregnant (I describe the first trimester to my friends as feeling like a perpetual hangover--want to throw up, certain foods make you nauseous, and could sleep all day) but you don't quite look it yet...but somehow your pants are tight due to constant bloat. I've 'popped' a bit...
