OOTD 6.16.2012 :: Nice work if you can get it
Last month, my sister flew East to celebrate the trifecta of her birthday, Father’s Day and our parents’ 46th wedding anniversary. After all the celebrating was done she came down to the city and our destination was clear: Broadway! We decided to see Nice Work if You Can Get It,which stars Matthew Broderick and Kelli O’Hara singing some familiar and wonderful Gershwin tunes. It starts off a bit slow but then takes off into the funny, then the absurd, then the ludicrous. The musical is hilarious and leaves you with the kind of warm & fuzzies you want from a Broadway show. It was perfect Saturday night fun and highly recommended!
