Have you ever seen those memes featuring a short girl staring ooh I love this dress and her tall bestie wearing the same and exclaiming ooh I love this top. Well my friends I have now made that meme a reality..lol I was just recently introduced to Romwe and offered the opportunity to pick an item. As I am currently obsessed with all things off-the-shoulder, I was immediately drawn to this “ black boat neck ruffle loose dress ” as they have it listed on the site.
