The Show Is Through, The Parts Been Played
Post title is from "Catch Me If You Can" the musical Yesterday night chronicled the end of the school musical. My weekends will no longer be spent rehearsing dances and singing harmonies, I won't have to stay after school each day, two hours spent practicising and like always, my initial reaction to this is exhaustion mingled with mild disappointment. The four nights we do seem like nothing in comparison to the amount of time everyone puts in and after being part of the chorus in these last three school musicals, the feeling of sadness seems to decrease each year but I always miss the fun had backstage and during rehearsals regardless.
