GET OUT OF TOWN
TO THE COUNTRY SIDE I love every corner of London. Literally (everyone moving to LND, take note of this word, you shall hear it a lot ). But it's always a nice feeling once you're out of the city, left with just you and that funny sound SILENCE. I like picking out aha moments from magazines, and thanks to a goodie bag recently that provided me with a magazine with the name SHAPE (I know, what is that?! *chews banana bread*), I learnt that people who are exposed to traffic noise are double at risk for a larger midsection (Banana bread, you're off the hook).
