Spy Love Buy kindly sent me these wedge heel trainers after I proclaimed my love for them on a wishlist post a couple of weeks ago. When I first saw the trend for heeled trainers I hated it but after seeing more and more people wearing it, and wearing it well I started to covet a pair for myself. The wedge on this pair is subtle; from the outside you can't really see it, and I doubt whether many people would notice it is there. I like that- you get the added height without standing out too much, and importantly (I can tell I'm getting old) the shoes themselves are really comfortable...tried and tested with a seafront walk.
