A Tip for Wearing Maxi Dresses in Cooler Weather
Here's a tip if you've ever wanted to wear a maxi dress but felt like it was just a liiiiitle too chilly. Wear some leggings underneath! It might not work with lighter dresses, but I've loved doing it with this dress. Sometimes here it's so sunny outside and LOOKS like spring, but it feels a little too cold for a thin maxi dress. Instead of foregoing the dress, I put on my favorite pair of leggings ( HERE ) and it does the trick. If I'm ever too hot, I can run to the bathroom and take off the leggings, which I've only actually had to do once. It was when I was cooped up in a frigid air conditioned hotel for a conference, but it was 80 degrees...
