It hung on the hanger with a peach blouse layered underneath and I was smitten with its meld of the romantic/professionalism. After purchasing and laundering however, I can't decide if it's too horrendously 90's for me. I know the 90's are back in a big way right now... and I encourage everyone to dress in the style that is the most creative and empowering for her or him... but it's really strange for me to see hipsters in their early 20's wearing outfits replicated from my days in elementary school.
