Does anyone have fun plans for the fourth? We're having a little cookout, and my parents opened the pool yesterday so hopefully it will be ready for some holiday swimming tomorrow! More than anything else, I'm looking forward to my mom's confetti salad (recipe)! Yum! Honestly, I think the main reason I look forward to holidays is the food. Once Thursday has passed I'll probably start pining away for the pumpkin pie and candy apples that come with Halloween! Am I missing a major holiday?
