New from Who What Wear @ Target- March!
I love this new approach to designer collaborations, monthly additions! The March edition of Who What Wear for Target is out in stores & online, although online seems to have a much better selection and a lot of items that say "online only" I was attracted to these flowy Ruffle Shift Dress right off the bat, But I think they look terrible on, I think it is mainly the extra ruffle after the drop waist, makes me feel short and is just unflattering on me Less noticeable in the black color, but that awful ruffle is still there. I was mainly interested in this floral dress , but was not sold on the cut of this either... ...
