Last Saturday, my boyfriend and I celebrated our birthdays. My birthday was 3 weeks ago, and my boyfriend’s birthday was last Thursday, so we actually always combine our birthdays. So, on Saturday a bunch of family and friends came over, and we had so much fun! And I got a poffertjes pan! Poffertjes are a Dutch delicacy, and they’re kind of like mini pancakes. They’re a bit thicker and fluffier, and they do taste a bit different than regular pancakes, but they’re soooo good!
