Looking Up
I have always been mesmerized by stunning pictures of colorful hot air balloons often against a breathtaking backdrop. So Inès and I thought, why not live the experience at the International Hot-Air Balloon Festival in Château d'Oex , a 2-hour train ride away? We weren't lucky with the cloudy and windy weather. Nonetheless we still got to see a few balloons! It was surprising how fast they rose to the skies. Once high up in the air, they drift with the winds and the balloonists never know where exactly they will land. There must be something about (big and beautiful) flying objects that make us look up in the sky and get all excited...
