All Tied Up
This outfit was inspired by Jessica from Jessica Chronicled. After my mom hemmed my polka dot dress, there was a bunch of material left over. She asked me if I wanted her to make it into something and she came up with this tie scarf. Until I saw the similar look on Jessica, I wasn't sure how to style it. Thanks girl for the inspiration! He did a double take when he saw me and said, "You're wearing a tie?!" as if I had walked into work...
