Why I’m Throwing Out My TO DO List
As you can imagine after yesterday’s little announcement , we are going nuts around here.
Not only are we crazy excited, we are also swamped. Swamped with the reality of extremely long To Do lists. Like, Now what? New systems research. Floor layouts. Fixtures. Pinterest. Pinterest. Pinterest. Creating all new, more complicated inventory spreadsheets, GMROI, and financial tracking workbooks galore. and of course my favorite… F inding the right merchandise to fill our vision of this new space. a.k.a. SHOPPING! OK OK, I’m not going to bore you anymore with the hundreds of bullet points running down my paper. It’s on-going, never ending...
