Practice makes perfect: layered tops, striped pencil skirt, and platform booties
Does blogging about one's personal style actually help improve it?? This interesting question was recently posed by my friend Catherine on her blog Not Dressed As Lamb ... and she included a number of photos from her early years of outfit posting as examples of how her style has changed - and possibly "improved" - since then!! Now let me just say that I love most of the ensembles she deems cringeworthy; I think they showcase a fearless sense of adventure when it comes to interpreting fashion, and a willingness to let her own taste and individuality shine through. Granted - they may not be looks that she'd still feel comfortable wearing...
