Now Is A Good Time To Work Out If I haven't given it away yet, I am a total health nut with a crazy obsession for working out. From pilates, yoga, strength training, running, cycling, to kickboxing, I love it all. The accomplishment, the sweat, the energy it gives you, the health benefits - I mean the list goes on and on! ...Which is why now is a good time to workout. It's the beginning of your 365 days, so why not make a change for the benefit of your health, mind, and body? A crucial aspect of working out for me is time. Especially during super hard cardio or high intensity interval training (HIIT) which is when my eyes are always on the clock...so why not look at something super pretty...
