Moving On
Last week, I talked about how I had done something I regretted , and about how difficult it can be to forgive yourself for the mistakes you make.
And then I got the sweetest voicemail, from a friend I haven’t talked to in years. She reminded me about the things I’ve done right over the years, and the mistakes I haven’t made. And it was just what I needed to be able to move on.
So here’s to forgiving oneself, and moving past our mistakes. To remembering the good we’ve done, and how it outweighs the bad (or so we hope!).
Today, I’m thankful for friends who are there just when you need them the most.
