That fantastic cape or poncho you have can be a perfect outer layer to a dressy outfit. You certainly don’t want to put on your ski jacket for warmth when you are going out. To me, throwing a poncho over your outfit adds an element of flair. We wore these same items for a casual day ( here ) and out to an appointment ( here ).
