The fabric is a very thick knit and is made to be stretchy so there is no elastic waist or zipper to it. But even with all that, this sweater is what makes me feel confident today. Last fall I was fortunate enough to find this at Goodwill and then sewed on all the embellishments ( Jeweled Collar DIY here ). The neutral color makes it very versatile, but the jeweled collar...
