A huge difference between living in Utah and living in Oregon that I've noticed is that Oregonians have NO problem speaking their mind, whether you're a stranger or a friend. It's quite entertaining, really. I've had some people comment funny things on my outfits, and I wanted so share some of them with you because I know I had a good chuckle hearing these!
