On certain mornings in the last few months as I drive to work, I spot an older couple engaging in what looks like long walks by the university. I first saw them when the weather was colder and they were both wrapped up in scarves and jackets, holding on to one another with a strong grip while braving the winds. Now that the warm weather is here they dress in lighter layers but steadily carry on, hand in hand. It's a beautiful sight to see - as their surroundings change they stay together as a unit. I wonder what their story is like. They have no idea that I've become fixated on their morning routine and try to time it so I can see them on my way. They embody longevity,...
