When On Franklin Street...
When Oasis and Shopping Links asked me to share my favorite street here in Chapel Hill for the #UpMyStreet Campaign, I knew just the one: Franklin Street. Many of you fellow Tar Heels should already know that Franklin Street is the center of social life.
