Vintage Vision
If you're in South Wales and into vintage clothing, you should visit Vintage Vision , a social enterprise based in Blaenavon that sources vintage clothing and turns the profits into schemes to support and empower local women. They helped me - it was thanks to their free sewing classes that I was able to rescue my Downton Abbey dress . A few weeks ago they held another sale to clear some stock, which after attending the last one I was excited to attend, so I popped along to my old Guide Hall in Abergavenny to rummage through their rails. That pink trouser and top set was tiny, else I'd have nabbed it and pretended I was in 'I Dream of Jeannie' ...
