Boscov's comes to Connecticut

Last week the department store chain Boscov's opened their 44th store, and first Connecticut location at the Westfield Meriden Mall . The store is still family owned and operated, since it's founding in 1914. I was invited to take a tour of the store before their grand opening, which was October 10th, and it is simply a tremendous department store. The women's department is expansive and it was easy to spend a few hours getting lost amongst the bags and shoes.
