I'm all of rainy day or two, but twelve is borderline ridiculous. This gorgeous blue top kept me pretty happy during those gray days. I have been so, so happy with this top. I've worn it a multitude of ways already, so prepare to see it more in the future! It is the perfect layering piece for when the weather gets cold, but it is also light enough for the warmer...
