And now the statement heel has trickled – or more like stomped – its way through onto the great British high street to make a stamp on the new season shoe scene. Step into Zara , walk into Topshop , and you’re sure to see a shoe, boot, or shoe-boot variation perched on top of an artsy block heel. Topshop's tortoiseshell heeled boots have been causing such a stir over Instagram and let's face it, they are rather nice, aren't they?
