In my series of posts about living with M.E, I wanted to touch ground on exhaustion and tiredness. So far I have covered the general basics of living with M.E , anxiety and depression and also temporary paralysis , but it’s now time for me to talk about one of the main symptoms of M.E and how it effects those living with it.
