A Blue & White Comfy Whimsical Outfit

That outfit I wore to church, this outfit I wore out to lunch with the hubby and shopping. I absolutely LOVE this skirt, and you will probably be seeing it again and again this fall and winter with tights and booties! It's just so comfy, and it goes with just about anything!
